The Esox Coachman 9ft #5 fly rod is made from high-modulus IM10 carbon, ensuring exceptional lightness, fast action, and comfortable fish fighting performance when targeting both large and smaller fish.
The rod features two SIC stripping guides positioned closest to the reel, ensuring smooth line flow. The remaining guides are lightweight single-foot wire guides made from durable, hard alloys without ceramic inserts, making the rod lighter and more responsive.
The handle of the Esox Coachman Fly rod is made from high-quality, lightweight cork that does not deteriorate even with prolonged use or during rainy and humid conditions. The reel seat is metal and mounted on a mahogany wood insert. A hook keeper is positioned above the handle for securing the fly.
